Default "Thinking in C++" vol 2 book

    Hello,

I downloaded that book vol 2 (pdf version) and I see that lacks 200 pages. So I download other book and I see that there are different version; finally I find a html book that seems much more similar to the paper copy (I mean the index book). Does anyone know if there is a completely pdf on-line?
    Regards
