focus on a Item

hi..
I m drawing a path on a graphicsScene ..and I want that the scene to focus on tha last point draw(on the path)
I tried to use the methode setFocusItem but it works at the first time.. when the path get longer the scene fosuc on the old point.. not following the path
are there any athor methode on graphicsView or Scene that follow the path .?
