how to optimize the size of QtCore4.dll and QtGui4.dll

Currently, I use Qt4.4-embedded-wince-4.4 and run my app on Windows Mobile 5.0.
I find that the size of QtCore4.dll and QtGui4.dll is too large, it's really slow even when starting a simplest "hello world". so is there method to shrink the size of the dlls or to optimize the startup time of the app ? Any suggestion is appreciated, thanks!
