Form not displayed in QT Designer 4

Hello ,

This is my first post to the forum, I stumbled into here while looking for ways to solve a problem I have.

I use:
Python 2.5.1
Qt 4.4.0
PyQt 4.4.2
eric 4.1.5 (r2207)

When I create a project in Designer, I am not able to view the Form area at all, except for the lower edge. I'm attaching a screenshot of this. I've tried a clean reinstall, but still can't get rid of the problem. This happens no matter what kind of project I create.

I'd really appreciate it if I could get any help on this.
