sometimes the QSqlRelationalTableModel can not save data to database

I use QSqlRelationalTableModel to display data in the QTableView,but I noticed that sometimes the data cannot be saved to the database after I update it ,sometimes it works ok,
why? Is it a bug of QT ,or my mistake?
