how to mix text and graphics freely

I am a beginner,I want to write a AP mixed with text and graphics freely.But I don not know how to solve the problem.Would you please help me?

What kind of text and graphics u want in the AP ?
u may start with the Qt Demos, they have a great set of examples to begin with

Also have a look at Graphics View Framework

Thanks for your reply.the graphics I think are pen's track when you are writing ,just like the
Ap-Lexi(if you read the 《design patterns》)
my English is poor sorry~
