thanks for ur suggestion.

I made it as polling with bytesavailalbe with a threadsleep().
I feel this is a workaround.

Also, I saw the QextSerialPort 1.2 alpha has a emit ReadyRead() command.
But they did not implement WaitForReadyRead().
