I create a QxtSpanSlider,
I dont found a function that allows me to freeze a rider to a position ( I don't want the lower exceeds the second rider).

as far as I know QxtSpanSlider has no feature ike this.
You are welcome to implement this feature and contribute it to the libqxt project.
Please note that QxtSpanSlider is part of the libqxt project (www.libqxt.org).
