Print of QTextDocument

Hi,
I search for a way to Print QTextDocument with all formattet things such as Underline, Fontsize, Bold, ... on QPrinter.
Or to define the size of a QTextDocument as Letter and Insert Images at fixed position. This are the way I prefer.

Does anyone know how to do it?
