header/footer text on QwtPlot

Hello,

I need help placing header/footer text on a QwtPlot such that when I choose to grab the plot (via QPixmap::grabWidget() or QwtPlot:rint()) it will have the header and footer displayed.

I have attached a plot without the header/footer and one with it to illustrate what I want to do.

I can't figure out a good way to do this.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
