Problem using qwt-5.1.1 with Qt 4.5 under Windows XP

Qwt 5.1.1 doesn't work with Qt 4.5.x on Windows. You have to use Qwt from SVN.

Using qwt 5.1.2 from svn fixed the problem for me - many thanks
