Errors in installing Qt embedded

Hi everyone,
I am a newbie to Qt.I am trying to install Qt embedded in my linux system(already have Qt/x11 installed).
I followed the instructions given in the install document.I ran the 'configure' script in the beginning(as instructed) and got the message--
"Qt is now configured for building.Just run gmake.Once everything is built,run 'gmake install'.Qt will be installed into usr/local....."

When I ran the gmake command..it runs for a long time and in the end shows---

{standard input}:71199: Fatal error: can't close .obj/release-shared-emb-x86/JSSQLResultSetRowListCustom.o: No space left on device

[root@localhost qt-embedded-linux-opensource-src-4.5.0-tp1]#

I can't figure out the errors,so,would appreciate some help in the installation.

it sounds like I've run out of memory ( Fatal error: can't close .obj/release-shared-emb-x86/JSSQLResultSetRowListCustom.o: No space left on device
gmake[1]: *** [.obj/release-shared-emb-x86/JSSQLResultSetRowListCustom.o] Error 1)

May be it have business with your system enviroment?I suggest you chech whether miss some lib?
