Good morning everyone,
I've been having some problems getting the MySql plugin up and running on Windows after trying both the suggestions listed on the wiki page here, and also the recommended guide on the Trolltech site. I'm using the Open Source version of Qt SDK 2009.02 and MySQL v5.0, when using 2009.01 it would create the necessary files in the plugin folder, but never load them, and with 2009.02 it just doesn't seem to be able to create them at all.
Has anyone else run across this? If so has anyone found anyway to get around it?
EDIT:
I rolled back to 2009.01, which does create the necessary files (qmysql.dll etc), I've cleared the plugin cache with regedit several times, rebooted a few times and still no joy. I'm half tempted to just install a fresh version of XP with just Qt and Mysql and see if that works
