Build Qt in Windows

Hi,

I've been using QT in Linux environment and i have already built qt with the MySql plugin.

Now i want to try the same in Windows environment ... but as i never used MinGw and Qt here i'm about to make a stupid question!

I already installed Qt Libraries, MinGw and Qt Creator.

Where do i execute the equivalent to the "./configure ..." in windows?
