Default importing creator project into eclipse

Is there any tool for importing creator project into eclipse?
Qt eclipse integration doesn't have any from what I see.

File -> import; Select "Qt Project" and then select the *.pro file. Or do you mean anything else?

Do you know if after there are changes made to eclipse project, this project stays compatible with creator so that it can be opened later in creator without importing?

Well, I never have tried it, but since eclipse and qtcreator only make evidential changes in the *.pro file, there should be no problem. And the pro file is as I know parsed each time you start the editor. (or manually refresh, e.g. the file outline in eclipse...)

But you can't lose data, worst thing that could happen is that you have to re-import your project.
