Current KDE/Windows style

Hello all,
Is it possible to get my QT applicaton to automatically use the current style/theme of KDE and windows?

Not directly. KDE uses Qt3 while you are using Qt4 and their styling classes are incompatible.

You can choose the default style using qtconfig application. If you're using WindowsXP, your applications should follow its style.
