Smile Google Earth Widget Using QtWebKit

    Hello buddies!.

I have a client who is requesting the development of some sort of application that retrieves coordinates taken from several GPS devices, and do some stuff before render them onto a Google Map. I'm not sure yet what is exactly what he wants, but he proposed an idea which I found very interesting: use Google Earth's capabilities inside a Desktop application.

Right now, Google offers the capability to integrate Google Earth into most of A-grade browsers like IE, FF and Safari through an installable plug-in. Since Safari and Qt both use WebKit, I was wondering if it was possible to develop some kind of interface to that plugin and then, develop a kind of Qt Google Earth Widget using Qt WebKit and QtScript.
