Button Text Position

Is there a way to make the text label in a button not be centered directly in the middle of the button but more toward the top?

I am trying to make a button with the button text on the top of the button and a label near the bottom that will change values as i click the button... basically a labeled toggle switch.

any help is greatly appreciated
