Did you try and cd into the directory yourself and see if qmake did create a Makefile?
If not, did you try and run qmake yourself to see if it outputted the same error?

I tried run qmake -project...but still same result.
And when I tried to use QDevelop the result was the same.

Some time ago problems arose when the path contains spaces. Try to compile a project which is located in a folder hierarchy without spaces.
Just a wild guess of mine...
I tried...but still same result...
