    Default windows 7 install problem

    hi,
On windows 7 I ran the installer downloaded from
    http://qt.nokia.com/downloads, filename is "qt-sdk-win-opensource-2009.04.exe".
The installer when run gives the following error after few seconds when its running:

    ---------------------------
    Qt SDK 2009.04 Setup
    ---------------------------
Extract: error writing to file E:\Users\ab\AppData\Local\Temp\nskA9EC.tmp\qtcreat or-debugging.ini
    ---------------------------
    OK
    ---------------------------
I have administrative right on this login.
    Plz guide.

    Thanks.

    ..ab

Windows 7 locks down the directories pretty well, so even programs run via Administrator accounts run as normal users unless the user approves it.

Have you tried right clicking the executable and "Run as administrator" to grant access to the directories ?
