In Qt i find form designer (QtDesiger). It's very interest for me and I want to implement this functionality to my mdi programm.

It should be possible however I havent done that yet. See http://doc.trolltech.com/4.5/qtdesigner.html
It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice.
