Qt embedded,cygwin and windows xp

Good afternoon,

I have to do an application in my computer which is with windows XP.
I have unzipped QT creator 2009.04 and all the package of cygwin because my work has to run with a cross compiler cygwin .

The problem tha appear when I run the application is:

Starting: C:/Qt/2009.04/qt/bin/qmake.exe C:/Qt/2009.04/bin/lehena/lehena.pro -spec win32-g++ -r
Exited with code 0.
Could not find make command: mingw32-make.exe in the build environment
Error while building project lehena
When executing build step 'Make'
Canceled build.

how can i solve it?
is any way to use qt embedded and my cross compiler in windows XP?
