Cython compiled modules error

Some of the modules of my app is compiled using cython (pure python mode). When using .pyd files instead of .pyc files, I am getting "win32 unhandled exception".

The debugger is giving this message:
These Qt version are inaccessible:
qt in D:/Qt/2009.03/qt
Make sure that you have read access to all files in your Qt directories.

Do I have to copy some files (dll, lib) here and there? or some environment var problem?

Is this really a Qt related question? I think you should ask this question on a python forum and not here.
