Setting name filter for not to display a file type

Hi Guys,

I have question regarding setting name filter in QFileDialog. The name filter takes inputs for only display of some files specified. My requirement is not to display a file of some type/some extensions, how to achieve the same ?

Can you let me know if you do not get the question right Or aren't any solution to add a name filter for not displaying the file type?
