Installation Problem

Hello everybody,
I installed the latest QT. I am coding C++ with COde:Blocks, that is where my problems start.
When I run a simple program that is generated by Code:Blocks, I get this error "Process entry point 1508336 is not found in QTCore4.dll" My Windows is not english, that is my translation of error to English.
Now what is the problem behind this error. I added the dlls into the folder of the application. Besides I did the linker settings.

can you try a simple program in Qt Creator?
Then try running from Qt command prompt.
