Default Application Output filling up with "Internal errors"

When debugging my Application Output window is getting filled up with statements like this:

(Internal error: pc 0x3fc430 in read in psymtab, but not in symtab.)
(Internal error: pc 0x1dd18f in read in psymtab, but not in symtab.)
(Internal error: pc 0x1dd190 in read in psymtab, but not in symtab.)
(Internal error: pc 0x1dd18f in read in psymtab, but not in symtab.)
(Internal error: pc 0x1dd18f in read in psymtab, but not in symtab.)
(Internal error: pc 0x1dd18f in read in psymtab, but not in symtab.)
(Internal error: pc 0x1dd0e0 in read in psymtab, but not in symtab.)

It makes it very difficult to debug.

I am using QT 4.6 and QT Creator 1.3

I will go ahead and answer this one, since several others may have the same problem later on today.

Ubuntu just updated gdb, it gives this errors. Go into your tools/options/debugger and make sure that gdb is pointing to:

    /opt/qtsdk-2009.05/bin/gdb

or wherever you have gdb for QT.
