The clock should beep if the system is idle for 30 mins, with beep disable option, also if the system is idle for 30 mins the clock should be in full screen

please describe a bit what you have done until now and what is not working. Or do u need general help with setting up an QT Project Environment, or do u have some trouble with Class Member Functions?
In QWT you have additional Widgets, i see a clock there. Try it out
