can't stat libqte.so.3.3.6

my qte version is 3.3.6,after my installation of it ,i wanna make sure which platform its *.so files are for using the command "file *.so.3.3.6".
unfortunately,i hit the error information can't stat libqte.so.3.3.6(No such file or directory),but it does exist .
who can help me?

What does "ls -la libqte.so.3.3.6" output? Maybe it's not a file, but a broken soft link?
