How to popup the touch keyboard when user touch the QTextEdit?

In a touch machine, no hard keyboard and no mouse, it is only touch, has the touch keyboard.
Now in a qt application, when user touch the QTextEdit, it only show the touch keyboard in the left edge
of the screen, you can't view it total appearance in the screen. but I try the win7(my machine's OS is win7) search feature,
but it can show the touch keyboard in the left edge of the screen, and it also can show the touch keyboard
in the screen(you can view its total appearance) in the same time. You can view it in detail by the attachment image(mark it by red).
How to popup the touch keyboard in the screen not in the left edge of the screen when user touch the QTextEdit? thanks.
