Problem in font and size in mac and Xp

Hi,
I am using Qt 4.6.2 in mac and xp.But same code create different font type and size ,when compiling in mac(10.6) and window xp.Mostly problem occur in webkit.

Please help

Is the font available on both systems? And if you use point size, remember mac uses 72 dpi and windows 96 dpi.
