Symbian - self-signed certificate

I have the self-signed certificate option selected as describe in the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rb43g...layer_embedded but when i upload the aplication to my device it say that the aplication is unsigned :S

My problem is that i tryint to install the *.sis file instead of *sisx

How to generate the sisx file ?I am a beginner..
