Build Libtorrent By Mingw windows 7

i want build ltorrent.lib from libtorrent http://libtorrent.googlecode.com/fil...-0.15.0.tar.gz
can you help ME ?

Read the docs included to this lib - there is something about building for sure.
And this is Qt forum and you question is not connected with Qt in any way so try to ask for such things in other, more suitable forums - I think there should something like mailing list, board or IRC channel for libtorrent.

i want build libbittorrent but havent forums about mingw on windows 7,sorry to trouble you,if you free,can you help me ?

http://www.rasterbar.com/products/li.../building.html makes no direct mention of MingW

To build this you will almost certainly need the full MSys and MingW installation rather than just the MingW basics included with the Qt SDK.
You're going to need Boost first, and probably also OpenSSL.
