Getting System Specifications

Is there any class/ APIs where I can get the system specifications like, RAM size, processor name etc., ? Please help me out giving any reference regarding the same.

I didn't see these functions in Qt, that's why I think you should use OS-specific functions. For Windows it is GetSystemInfo
