Seeking senior Qt/C++ developer for Hamburg office in Germany
To strengthen our team we would like to fill the position in Hamburg at the earliest possible opportunity.
Your duties:
- Further development of our Linux based VoIP monitoring appliance with Qt4
- Monitoring and evaluating of transport quality of VoIP calls in real time
- Optimizing the system performance for 10GBit/s networks
- Processing of RTP / RTCP data to determine VoIP relevant quality metrics
- Integration of signaling protocols
Your profil:
- Expert in object oriented software development on Linux systems using C++ and Qt4 (at least 4 years with Qt)
- Extensive knowledge in the area of network protocols like TCP, UDP and usage of libpcap
- Extensive knowledge in IPC under Linux
- Extensive knowledge in processing of XML with Qt
- Extensive knowledge in multithreading / concurrent execution architectures
- Extensive knowledge in development of Linux daemons
- You are excited about working independently and with others in an international team and are proficient in German and English
- You hold a degree in a technical field or have similar education or training and you gained over 5 years experience as a C++/Qt expert
