    Default Auto start USB flash

    hi
    When i inserta a flash memory or a cd, kde doesnt start the autostart device option, that i have heard in many pages.
    any ideas?

    Which version of KDE are you using? As far as I know, you need KDE 3.5 and some running HAL/D-BUS-System.
    It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice.

    I have kde 3.5, suse 10.0 and in yast appear that i have hal 0.5.4-6 (Daemon for Collecting hardware information) and dbus-1 0.35.2-8 (d-bus message bus system) ...
    what can be the problem?

    I have realized of sometime, when i m root the autorun works... but when is normal user doesnt work what can i do?
