Help manual generation similar to QT-Assistant

Dear Friends
I want to develop a help manual for my application, and similar to exactly how the QT-Assistant is there. Only thing I'll change the contents, logo, pictures, links etc.....Can anyone give me some idea how can I go about it. Can I modify qt-assistant where can I open it for changing the contents of this. Thanks in advance.

Look under "Using Qt Assistant as a Custom Help Viewer" in the Assistant manual and the Simple text Viewer example. Everything you need (except for a straightforward way to build it into your qmake process) to to build an Assistant-based help system is there.
