Free music for a software

Since I am not a license's expert can you explain better how it works?
Can I include in my GPL software music under royalty-free? Under which licenses must be the music? I only have to add a reference to author in software credits?

I'm not a lawyer. I can't tell you what you need to do. If you want to be sure you are not breaking the license you would need to contact a lawyer. The license may even be read differently depending on country.

Alternatively, you can read the FAQ or contact the author and offer credit for including his recordings in your software.
