What is the best c++ forum ?

I know there must be a lot, but maybe there is some favorites.

This is where i found many C++ answers is: codeguru, a romanian community site called: codexpert.ro ( kidding obviously if you are not from romania) and of-course qtcentre.org has general programming
So you can ask your C++/STL questions here.

Here are a couple sites that I enjoy reading from time to time.

CodeGuru: A few highly active members here have widely published books on programming. Alot of MSMVPs for your Windows concerns.
GameDev: Highly active members (and moderators) who are employed with gaming studios. Game programming details from design to implementation covered here.

As with any forum, misinformation is abundant on these sites on well. Nothing compares to a good book and academic study.

i was going to second gamedev too, although the moderators there are really fascist and warn/ban people for any silly little thing
