Widgets look messed up

Hi,
I have compiled Qt 4.6.3 (Centos, default settings) and gui looks ugly. Look at scrollbar and spin box (middle image). Using packet manager I've installed Qt 4.2.1 and it looks correct (left image). Same under windows, Qt 4.6.2 looks correctly (right image).
All other styles look fine to me. I have problems only with cleanlooks. What is causing this? Can it be fixed?

attachment got resized but I hope you still can see it, spinbox is missing its frames and scrollbar looks as if there was no antialiasing.
