spinbox drawing issue on windowsce6

I have a spin-box control (QSpinbox) ,large in size .The spin buttons are painting perfectly on windows xp ,vista and windows7 platforms

On Windowsce6 (mipsiv_fp) platform spin controls looks different . It shows left/right button instead of up/down button and the button group's height is less than the edit control's height (please see the attached image "datetimeedit.png" ) . I'm not able to figure out the issue .
