Change language of the application

Hi to all,
I would change the language of my application.
For example the toolbar menu ( open, new, edit, etc ) should change when the user choose a different language from the application's dialog.
How can be done it? With some xml file?

First, this is really not a post for the programming forum. It clearly belongs here, in the Newbie section. Why? Because your answer is so simple and you could have found the solution within some seconds if you would have read the DOCUMENTATION! (-> Internationalization with Qt as a gentle hint)
