Wasn't sure if this is the right place to post this....

I have imported a C++ library source as a makefile project.
It complies without any errors, but Creator didn't make a .pro file and I need to build it as a library so I can use it with my application. I've never done this before and am not sure how to get Creator to build it as a library. What to do now? Need some advice here.
