Exactly the same way you add 3KB of files: one at a time using the resource file editor, or by directly editing the qrc file.How to add 50 MB of images to resource file ??????
Do you really want to make your executable embed 50MB of data anyway?

A better idea would be to put your 50MB of images in a seperate file.
