Hi all... I'm trying to do such a exercise which in I need to prepare my own TCP packet and send it to target...

There is nothing in Qt that can help you with that. Qt abstracts the TCP protocol so you don't craft your own IP packets but rather just stream bytes that are wrapped into TCP for you by the system. You need to use your system's RAW socket API if you want to construct your own tcp segments. I understand this is some kind of school/university exercise, right?
Your biological and technological distinctiveness will be added to our own. Resistance is futile.
