    Default Desktop Notification

    Hello,

Is anyone aware of a solution for a cross platform notification qt-solution like Growl for MacOS ?? Is libnotify a good solution for Gnome/KDE (there is snarl on windows also ...) ??

A framework could be built upon these tools but maybe a pure qt cross platform solution would be nicer...

    Thanks.

I don't think there is a cross-platform solution for that. DBus might be a good choice for Unix.
