"Project setup" pops up

Hi,

my problem is that from time-to-time by opening an existing project via QtCreator the "Project Setup" window pops up, so this one:

In the field of "Build Directory" I can see the very same it used to be before. I haven't even touch the files since it was last opened.

If I click "Finish" I can see at the Project settings an error message:

And I see the very same path which has always been given above this message as the "Build directory".

Now (after some confused clicking here-and-there :S) with reopening (close creator - open cr. - reopen project) the Project Setup pops up again, now with the message that the qt version path shall be redefined or whatever, then "Finish" again and the problem seems to be solved, but I don't really know what happens and why.

Why do I meet this window? Why do I not meet with it at every time? Why does reopening work?

guess what! I know the solution!
sometimes when I go home and I close the Creator it cannot close "itself" corretly, one may be familiar with this nice feature of XP that sometimes shutting down is not as easy as it should be... Now this is the point. Whenever the creator is finished without proper closing (which might be just a short current-off as well) this message box pops up and everything's just fine after a "creator_close"-"creator_restart" combo. wonderful, eh?
