QtCreator shortcut

I'm on Windows, with Qt Creator2.1.
I just want to know how to do Ctrl+E,2 and Ctrl+E,0.They are for split window.
I tried to press them at the same time or first Ctrl+E then 0.NOTHING happened or insert a '2'.So maybe someone can help me.

This is the correct way. Why do you say that doesn't work?
I tried in Windows (XP) and Linux.

Thanks but, you means three together?
I didn't define anything special.It just don't work.

The right way is CTRL+E and the 0.
