How to set rpath in Qt Project?

I have a project which use a share library at /usr/mylib, so my program can not run.

I make some search on google, somebody tell that I need to set rpath. I have try with LIBS += --rpath,/usr/mylib -llibname, but it still does not works.

help me!

unix:QMAKE_RPATHDIR += /usr/mylib
