Default C++ and QT compatibility programmer for Linux and Mac compatibility

This is a work from home position programming in C++ and using QT for compatibility with Linux and Mac. If you currently have a full time job the best way to start would be to start with us part time and check if it is going to work out for you, and if it is working then move to a full time role. It is important that you must be totally capable of working independently. Here's an initial activity you can do for us to assess if you qualify. We can pay you for this if we like your work .

    Doesn't sound very professional...
You should set clear goals, and how they are to be evaluated - and pay if the the goals have been met, and not pay otherwise.
Not because "you like" the work.
What professional coder would take such an offer, spend time on it, on the basis of you maybe "liking" their work, and maybe not?

Do you write clean code? - if you are TDD'ing then maybe, if not, your not writing clean code.
