Question custom widget with the windows7 style titlebar??

i have an application that will imitate the style in windows7.
it is unusual, the toolbar on the left position of the titlebar,
when the application icon clicked, appear a widget like in office2007.
i'll show details with two pictures.

Has anyone else had this problem in QT, if so, give me some recommendation,
    thanks,

You mean you want to implement a ribbon?
Your biological and technological distinctiveness will be added to our own. Resistance is futile.
